In order to grow healthy crops, you need healthy soil. With healthy soil your plants can better access the minerals in your soil and applied fertilizers. PH that is not ideal is an indicator of an imbalance in soil minerals. Healthy soils will help to control weed pressure.

Generally used on all soil types. Works best for heavy clay soils. It will loosen clay and promote better drainage. It also increases sugar levels in plants which is beneficial because bugs cannot digest high sugar.
